Job Responsibilities:
1. Plan and organize project implementation, and manage the project process (including personnel, materials, schedule, quality, costs, acceptance, etc.); communicate and coordinate with clients and the company, and handle any project-related issues that arise.
2. Project safety management (in addition to the company’s routine safety management, regular safety training sessions and ongoing process supervision shall be organized based on customer needs and actual requirements);
3. Leverage project resources to expand business and promote solutions;
4. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
1. Age requirement: 20-40 years old;
2. Educational Requirements: Associate degree or above (requirements may be relaxed somewhat for candidates with extensive experience in substation technical upgrades).
3. Professional Requirements: Electrical engineering or mechatronics-related majors;
4. Qualification Certificates: Low-Voltage Electrician Certificate, Work-at-Height Certificate;
5. Knowledge Requirements: Understand the operating principles of wind turbine control systems, fault diagnosis, and fault analysis.
6. Experience Requirements: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in on-site technical upgrades of wind turbine units; familiar with the relevant principles of wind turbine units; prior experience in high-voltage ride-through, emergency yaw adjustments, pitch control modifications, software upgrades, and comprehensive unit-level overhauls is highly desirable.
7. Competencies and Personal Qualities: Able to develop project implementation plans and organize project execution and implementation; capable of effectively breaking down contracts, grasping key contract terms, and having a comprehensive understanding of assigned tasks; able to effectively control and manage the schedule, quality, and costs of managed projects, monitor process risks, and respond to them efficiently; possesses strong communication and coordination skills; humble and prudent, meticulous and down-to-earth in work, eager to learn and think critically.
