Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for planning project safety management, developing project safety management systems, safety construction measures, and emergency response plans, and cooperating with the documentation clerk to complete the submission and approval process.
2. Assist in preparing the construction organization design.
3. Responsible for conducting safety supervision, control, and inspections throughout the project implementation process; issuing corrective action notices; tracking the status of corrective actions; and implementing closed-loop management.
4. Responsible for conducting Level-3 safety education and examinations for all personnel within the scope of the project, and responsible for reviewing and inspecting the qualifications of specialized personnel submitted by subcontractors.
5. Responsible for establishing a project safety management ledger and promptly updating and refining it according to the progress of the project.
6. Responsible for organizing accident investigations.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above, with a major in power engineering, new energy, or civil and industrial construction engineering; prior experience in comprehensive project safety management within the wind power industry is preferred.
2. At least 3 years of management experience in a related field, and holding a Safety Certificate C;
3. Familiar with national and industry-specific construction codes for power engineering projects, and proficient in using Microsoft Office software.
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, robust engineering project management capabilities, and the ability to propose recommendations for enhancing and improving project implementation plans.
