In February 2025, Runyang completed the commissioning and grid connection of the largest user-side energy storage power station currently in China—a comprehensive grid-load-storage integration project coupled with a virtual power plant in Henan Province, featuring total substation-level energy storage equipment. In May of the same year, the company also completed the hoisting and commissioning of four additional total-substation-level energy storage units. The commissioning of this project has enabled the company to save approximately 13 million yuan per year in electricity costs.
