As an expert in aftermarket technical services for wind power, Runyang Energy focuses on addressing the three core challenges facing existing, aging wind farms: poor operational reliability, rising O&M costs, and declining power generation revenue. Ruyang Energy leverages technological approaches such as whole-machine electrical system upgrades, major component enhancements, and comprehensive integrated solutions to enable early detection and prompt resolution of faults, thereby effectively reducing unplanned downtime. At the same time, we offer customized retrofit solutions that precisely match the specific equipment characteristics and operational needs of different wind farms. By combining big data analytics with in-depth mining of historical operating data, we develop precise retrofit strategies that significantly enhance the operational reliability of wind farms, ensure continuous and stable power generation, and provide comprehensive support throughout the entire lifecycle of wind power assets, guaranteeing their safe and efficient operation.
Ruyang Energy, leveraging its extensive fleet data and leveraging its own technological strengths, started early in research on wind turbine performance optimization. It has accumulated substantial project experience in the field of intelligent control technologies for wind farms. Currently, it has carried out or is currently implementing farm-level control optimization at more than 10 wind farms, with retrofits involving a total capacity exceeding 500 MW.
Runyang Energy is committed to providing customers with comprehensive operation and maintenance services tailored to the entire lifecycle of wind farms. By offering customized O&M solutions, we integrate digital technologies and smart concepts into product development and continuous optimization, effectively enhancing the operational management efficiency of wind farms and ensuring the overall performance, quality, and power generation revenue of wind turbines.
Runyang provides spare parts supply services and has established a comprehensive network for procuring unit spare parts, ensuring full coverage of all required components. We offer 48-hour delivery, adopt a strategy of maintaining minimal inventory while keeping ample stock on hand to optimize inventory turnover, and ensure rapid response to spare parts demands.
To date, Runyang has completed the retrofitting of over 500 MW. Relying on its abundant resource advantages and extensive experience in whole-machine R&D, design, manufacturing, and commissioning, combined with digital and intelligent platform technologies, Runyang is replacing older, low-capacity wind turbine units with new, higher-capacity, and more efficient models. This approach not only enhances the overall power generation efficiency of wind farms and reduces operation and maintenance costs but also extends the service life of these wind farms.
