Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual work plans and organizing their implementation; also, report the status of plan implementation to higher authorities.
2. Responsible for the comprehensive management and ongoing supervision of the project’s construction, ensuring that construction tasks are completed on schedule, with guaranteed quality, and within budget.
3. Responsible for attending drawing review meetings, participating in the discussion and approval of construction organization designs and major construction plans, reviewing and vetting significant technical issues related to project design schemes and engineering construction, and providing reasonable recommendations.
4. Responsible for handling and resolving technical challenges arising in the design, construction, quality control, and acceptance phases, and for proposing suggestions and measures to reduce project costs and expenses.
5. Responsible for coordinating business relationships among all parties involved in project construction, as well as for coordination and cooperation with other departments within the company, and for handling unexpected issues that arise on-site.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above, majoring in civil engineering, electrical engineering, automation, or a related field;
2. At least 8 years of experience in wind power project construction, including 5 years of experience in project construction management (covering areas such as engineering management, cost estimation, civil engineering, and electrical engineering).
3. Familiar with policies related to engineering construction, possessing outstanding communication and coordination skills, analytical and judgment abilities, and comprehensive management capabilities; able to effectively analyze and make sound judgments on issues; calm and down-to-earth, with a strong sense of responsibility.
4. Must hold a Grade-1 Construction Engineer certificate, as well as a certificate in either Architecture or Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
5. Prior experience with relevant projects and a title of associate senior level or above are preferred.
