Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing project implementation plans, controlling project schedules, and making timely adjustments to keep the schedule on track; responsible for site surveys and data collection, site and environmental assessments, road and platform surveys, verification of turbine conditions, gathering land acquisition policies and relevant market information, and confirming historical legacy information, etc.
2. Responsible for safety during the execution of lifting projects, strictly enforcing safety regulations and operational procedures for project personnel to ensure no loss of personnel or equipment. Also responsible for assessing the construction environment, preparing site survey reports, drafting preliminary transportation plans, and conducting feasibility analyses of lifting schemes (including making initial judgments on key technical parameters such as crane selection).
3. Responsible for resource coordination in the lifting and hoisting phase, internally coordinating departmental resources and externally collaborating appropriately with the client and construction contractor to ensure smooth project implementation.
4. Possess strong communication skills and be able to conduct preliminary discussions with local governments, village committees, landowners, and other relevant parties, laying the groundwork for subsequent formal negotiations.
5. Responsible for signing the acceptance documents after project completion.
Job Requirements:
1. More than 3 years of professional experience in wind power engineering site operations, with specialized knowledge of crane certification and operation, as well as procedures and standards related to load-bearing capacity.
2. Holding a low-voltage certificate and a working-at-height certificate is preferred (the working-at-height and low-voltage certificates can be obtained after joining the company).
3. Possesses experience in road surveys and cost estimation, and is proficient in driving vehicles.
