Job Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the project manager to develop the civil construction plan and oversee its implementation.
2. Compile and analyze construction data and information for each project’s civil engineering works;
3. Work closely with the project manager to oversee safety, schedule, quality, and measurement aspects of civil engineering construction; review submitted variation orders and design changes from various projects; and verify quantities of work.
4. Participate in the bidding process for civil engineering projects, prepare technical bidding documents for this specialty, and review construction-related expenses submitted by various project teams.
5. Assist the project manager in reviewing civil engineering construction drawings and providing technical briefings; offer feedback on the accuracy and reasonableness of the construction drawings, and supervise the project team to implement and follow up on these feedbacks.
6. Assist the project manager in organizing and conducting various acceptance inspections for civil engineering construction in accordance with acceptance criteria and relevant codes and standards.
7. Participate in the investigation and assessment of safety and quality incidents in civil engineering projects.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above, majoring in civil engineering, industrial and civil construction, or a related field;
2. More than 5 years of experience in civil engineering construction for wind power projects; priority given to candidates holding Grade I or Grade II Construction Engineer certifications.
3. Familiar with national-level construction industry standards for civil engineering, and proficient in using Office software and CAD drafting tools.
